Two double beds or one king or queen, AC, Heat, Dish TV, sitting area, small table and chairs, full baths, coffee
pots, condiments, washer and dryer, dinning area, living room with sleeper sofa, BBQ grill and large front deck that faces the
lake with swing and chairs.

a small cafe, a swimming pool, a childrens playground, horseshoe pits, picnic tables, barbecue grills, a boat ramp
access.
Tejas Village Restuarant is opened on Friday for dinner.
It is Open Saturday & Sunday for Breakfast & Lunch.
